All they have to do is wear smartwatches which measures their heart rates. If the screen, connected to the smartwatches, displays different heart rates for both, either of the lovers has to do some activity to either increase or decrease their heart rate such that they match.

It has an in built algorithm that can calculate the concentration vs meditation levels. For example we used it to accelerate cars based on the concentration levels. The higher the concentration the greater the speed. The one who concentrates longer wins.
